Work at CarbonsLow: If you submit your job inquiry and CV through the Site, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Submission of a CV does not guarantee an interview or employment.

Non-Payment: If subscription fees are not paid on time or in accordance with the terms of your subscription agreement.
Unauthorized Use: If we detect unauthorized access to the Platform or misuse of your account.
Breach of Subscriber Service Agreement: If you breach any obligations, restrictions, or terms specified in the Subscriber Service Agreement.
Harmful Conduct: If your actions, in our sole discretion, are deemed harmful to the Platform, our company, or other users.
Compliance with Legal Obligations: If required by law or legal process, or if your use violates applicable laws or regulations.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of access:

Your rights to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Any data or content related to your account may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the terms of the Subscriber Service Agreement.
You remain liable for any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.

If you believe your account has been wrongfully terminated, you may contact us at info@carbonslow.com to request a review of the decision within thirty (30) days of the termination. Otherwise you consent to the termination.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and the Subscriber Service Agreement (where applicable), collectively govern

your use of the Site and Platform. Both these Terms of Use and the Subscriber Service Agreement are integral and shall remain in force simultaneously.

Neither these Terms of Use nor the Subscriber Service Agreement shall supersede or prevail over the other. Instead, they are intended to complement each other. In the event of any inconsistency, both documents shall be interpreted to give full effect to their provisions to the greatest extent possible.

If any provision of these Terms or the Subscriber Service Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions of both documents shall continue in full force and effect.

By using the Site or Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by both these Terms of Use and the Subscriber Service Agreement, where applicable.
